How far in advance should I place my order?
For regular items, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance. For custom large orders, please give us 48–72 hours notice.
Do you offer custom cakes?
At the moment, we do not offer custom cakes. However, we have a variety of delicious freshly-made treats available for all kinds of occasions!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options. Payment is processed securely through our online platform.
Do you have any allergen information?
Yes, we provide detailed ingredient lists for all our menu items. Please let us know about any allergies when placing your order, and we’ll ensure your safety.
Where can I put my allergen details or special instructions?
During checkout, in the Scheduling section, you’ll find a box for special instructions. You can use this space to let us know about allergens, dietary preferences, or any items you’d like excluded from your meal. This helps us prepare your order exactly to your needs.
